The real estate condition is really in bad shape in the previous months and now just beginning to rebound. In Arizona the industry is even tampered the bad news, falling prices caused by over supply, and increasing incident of mortgage fraud, as we speak. One of the largest frauds discovered was a former countrywide loan officer and another man which bagged more than $38 million. Their modus is using strangers to fill out loan applications, then the straw buyers received the cash payments. This group got over 100 homes which is about $50 million in losses. Thank you so much for this wonderful tips. My husband is actually planning apply for a home mortgage. We've been taking care of credit scores so that we could apply for mortgages without any hassles at all. We are waiting for his promotion next month for a higher monthly income. Our money is hardly earned and so we want really to use it wisely. We are now looking for websites with lower interest rates for a 25 year period. Thank you so much for all these information you have shared. This means a lot to me. I've been trying to inquire about my credit score without knowing that it is lowering my FICO score. I thought it was just ok. At least now, I'd be more careful about inquiring for my score. It's really important that we make a clean sheet for our credit score as it reflects how credible we are.
