Update 2 on Bloomberg's Mortgage Rates Rise for 30-year Fixed loans

Bloomberg's second update on Fixed mortgage rates for U.S. home loans for a 30-year period state that the rate has climbed to the highest as of March when the Federal Reserve's planned to lower cost of home loans.
The increase is caused by yields on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae mortgage bonds increased which exceeds what the Federal Reserve said it would expand purchases of security to help rates to go down. Much more discussed in the full article on the link below.
