I started http://www.disputedemon.com because I wanted to create a system that would help automate the credit dispute process for consumers that needed to quickly improve their credit report and credit scores
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
Currently DisputeDemon.com offers 2 unique free expert credit tip videos for consumers to watch online. This is not some rehashed regurgitated information floating around the Interent. These videos are jammed packed with unique but credit tips and information.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Setting up the sophisticated backend system has been the most difficult aspect as well as producing the videos.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
The day to day activities of running the site is virtually on autopilot.
What was your biggest mistake?
Not implimenting my ideas fast enough. I should know better than to delay based on my past 10 years experience online as a full time netrepreneur...
Who maintains your website and why?
I have the site hosted on a dedicated server where we maintain control of all aspects of the site.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
I get numerous leads and comments from clients and viwers that actually give me new ideas and allow me to assess which directions I need to go with the site and our products/services
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
Hmmm.. thats a tough one.... But off the top of my head The future is video. Thats where its going.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
I don't put too much emphasis on SEO becuase the rules and algarythms change to quickly. I believe as long as you use good titles and keywords to match and not clutter your site with too much code you will do just fine. The more basic your page layout the better the SE lik them.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
I had developed a site from scratch in 1997 which has since been aquired and most of the traffic came from SE's. Since most of my sites are now newer their still in the infancy stage of good rankings.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I would say posting comments to blogs,forums and listing sites have shown to be most successful for traffic.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Somehow cut down on what I call "spam sense". Which are blatent sites put up to potentially reep adsense profits. But unfortuntelly during the process the content only has one thing in mind and thats to get that almight click so the content ends up being junk to the user. (hmmm see the corralation?)
