Five Stars Mortgage provides only the highest quality service and education to our clients nationwide. We are a full service mortgage brokerage offering residential and commercial financing to our clients.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We launched the website in 2006 and included as many articles and tools as was possible to help educate buyers so that they are not taken advantage of my less reputable brokers or lenders.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The website was launched in December of 2006. IT is designed to educate and empower potential homebuyers or investors.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

THe owner has five children. Hence the name Five STars Mortgage.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Honesty, Integrity, and a willingness to educate each and every client and empower them to make informed decisions for their family.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

The goal is to grow the company to become a national presence in the residential and commercial mortgage markets.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

SEO is both time consuming and expensive. IF you don't have the time or ability to learn all about search engine optimization then you can expect to pay thousands of dollard for it.
