This site is loaded with FREE California mortgage information including: FREE reports, that show you how to improve your credit scores, buy a home with little money down, and how to stop renting and own a home of your own. What inspired you to launch your own website?

I wanted to have a website that helps consumers answer many of the initial questions they have about buying a home and securing financing, while allowing them the convenience and ease of applying for a loan from their home.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This was my first website. It was launched in February 2006

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I wanted the name to reflect my business focus.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

This website helps educate consumers for FREE.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goal is to continue to assist consumers in their mortgage loan education.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Start additional websites in different regions.

The constant time requirement.

2 years. Indefinately.

How is working with online consumers, different from traditional consumers?

The online consumer is more fical, and needs to be responded to in a very expeditious manner.
