Our company provides the best mortgages available in Spain, property repossesions and investment property. Our team is dedicated to get the best dedication to all our clients.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Lack of good advice in spain for non resident mortgages and finance.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

2006 Asset Finance & Investments, mortgages, investments, pensions, finance, property bargains, insurance etc

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name came easy, its what we do, we take care of the assets, arange finance and find the best investments possible.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Our services are second to none, we have been working from recomendations for years with no advertising.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be one of teh largest brokers in Spain.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

The time has no balance on our success, we have achieved a very good name in Spain for the lowest amount of time required,

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would buy our own land, investments and stocks on the market at a good rate and pass the discount onto our investors.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

yes, we have our own IT department and many pople always asking to work for us, this would not be a problem.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Tax, it seems to increase in Spain by the year.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting started is always hard, but it did not take long to succeed.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Adjusting our meta tags and pushing the site to 100,s of search engines every month.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Not at all, it works perfect

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

2 years and we hope to have a very long span of success, we are in teh process of changing the whole site.
