DTCC Transparency Move

New Data were made publicly available by Depository Trust and Clearing Corp. (DTCC) with concerns about the trading activity in the vast credit default swap market on its website.

They began publishing the figures last Tuesday which includes how much of these insurance-like contracts are tied to companies or countries.

This move is expected to increase the transparency in the swap markets. More details on the link below.
