The FHA home loan is the best loan for the first time homebuyer. With minimum income to debt ratios it makes the FHA mortgage program the best loan for the average american trying to purchase a home

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I was inspired by helping first time homebuyers achieve home ownership.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

1998 I launched my first foreclosure website to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. Today I enjoy helping new homebuyers aquire homes.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I decided on FHA mortgage Programs because that is the type of loan that I specialize in.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Consumers will only find the difference once they contact us for an interview.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goal is to continue helping homeonwers across america purchase a home using the best financing options available.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

My sucess is achieved everytime I help someone aquire a home.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would lower my fees an do more business.

I had no Idea how good it was going to turn out but I am excited.
