As more and more people in the United States fall into a state of debt, lenders are starting to go bankrupt because of the unrecovered assets. One sector of the market, however, is benefiting from this trend. They are the for-profit debt settlement companies.

True enough, these companies have grown in size over the years. They have grown so much that the Federal Trade Commission has already noticed it. It is even hosting a seminar that will tackle these for-profit debt relief companies.
