Please give us a short summary of your website?

hillmortgageonline.com, is an independent marketing consultant. Our Lenders offer a full range of Residential and Commercial mortgage products. Our team of experts have the experience, knowledge and expertise to handle even the most complicated mortgage situations. From the start, we have believed that the cornerstone of our success as a company is customer service. Our team of professionals will work tirelessly to make sure all of your questions are answered and your mortgage application is handled as if it were the only one we have in process. It comes down to a simple fact. Anyone can quote you a rate by phone or via the internet. But only the most capable and seasoned company can combine that with convenience and the attention to details that give you the comfort of knowing you are dealing with true mortgage professionals. A mortgage is no small item. For most people, their mortgage will be the largest and longest financial obligation they will ever have. For that reason, you should trust a company whose team members handle your mortgage application the same way they would their own.

Thank you, hillmortgageonline.com

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Other peopl are making money from internet entrepreneurism. I knew that it wasn't rocket science and it wouldn't take a lifetime to learn how to succeed at it myself. I no longer wanted to settle for the low paying opportunities I've experienced in the past. I wanted to get on the band-wagon and make a niche for myself. That's why I'm here doing it.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was with Smart Advertising Solutions. It was a MyDollarShop.com website. A Dollar Store like mixture of high value products for $1 to $5 but worth much more at regular retail stores.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My last name is Hill. The website offers mortgages and loans. Hence the name www.HillMortgageOnline.com

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The combination of 350 FDIC insured banks offering numerous programs to custom fit a loan to the customer's needs, a ready made website system provided by SmartAdvertisingSolutions and a generous commission for my efforts forms a dynamic service to people who need to acquire mortgages and loans without red tape and slow processes.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Provide a secure source of income for my grandchildren when their needs require it.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I haven't produced a lot of data in that area yet but I'm on my way and I know in the long run it will develope many rewards.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would use marketing services to save me time and effort but for now I look forward to the learning experience I'll gain from learning to promote and advertise by my own efforts.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

As success develops in any entrepreneurial activity, using paid services of other entities always becomes necessary to keep up with demand of a growing clientel. Working smarter is always better than working more.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Deciding whether start up costs from one source was the best deal available. Most of us are tempted to go ahead and take the deal offered at hand without researching what others are out there to be had.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Making the decision to committ myself to learn an occupation that I have no previous experience in.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Using local area oriented websites example: www.pensacola.com for links to my site, on it's related pages to the content of my own site.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I've come to realize the amount of information I need to learn just keeps becomming more and more with no light at the end of the tunnel.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Only a couple of months. I will continue running them as long as there is an internet to run them on.

When I find that my efforts aren't enough, who will be there to help me through it.

My Lord and savior Jesus Christ will see me through whatever comes my way. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. As we serve him he will bless all our endeavors.

Amen
