Our website is designed to teach people the differences in mortgage programs. It has a wealth of information at your disposal along with a glossary of mortgage and real estate related terms to help you. It is laso packed with different mortgage calculators to make sure that you are putting your money to the best use.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I have been in the mortgage business quite some time and thought it would be great to have a website that would inform people of much needed info.

This is my first website and it has been online for a year.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name of the website is based on the info that we provide.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It has more information available in an easy to understand style.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep the website so that others can benefit by it.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
That is a very tough question to answer.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would add more pictures and mortgage calculators to fit each persons needs.

Time.

Internet directories.

It's more time consuming that first thought.

As long as there is a need for it and I can financially support it.
