Providing residential financing for homebuyers and homeowners. We offer a wide range of programs including FHA, Conventional, sub prime and hard money loan placement of Good Credit and Bad credit loans.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I was inpired to launch FHA mortgage Programs because of the meltdown in the subprime market. Going back to FHA guidlines will be a way to help american families keep their homes and avoid foreclosure.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
1994, I launched a foreclsoure prevention site and learned about the lies that alot of mortgage companies tell new home owners. That is one of the reasons I created FHA mortgage Programs.com
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Because FHA mortgages are the main focus the guidlines are the best in the mortgage industry today.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Many similar sites are just lead generation sites not only do we give personalized service but when you call us you get a return phone call within minutes if we are unavailable. We pride our company on customer service and long term relations with our customers.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My goal is to continue doing what I do best and that is providing the best mortgage in America to first time home buyers.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
My sucess is valued every day when I provide a mortgage that have so many safe gaurds to the american family. Many Americans are unaware of the fact that the FHA mortgage has so many safegaurds to help homeowners who suffer a tempoary hardship retain home ownership.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would make a site big enough to be on the first page of every city and state in america.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
If my site generated enough leads I would hire new processors but I would not allow the company to get to big so that we are not providing the service that is exspected when dealing with FHA mortgage programs.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Mostly Time in adding links and writing this form out.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge has been qualifing homeowners lenders are really tighting up guidlines.
