All California Real Estate Mortgage is your one stop source for Residential, Commercial and Investment Property Financing. Specializing in creative financing strategies.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I launched this website in an attempt to reach as many property owners and soon to be owners as possible. Knowing that we had a variety of financing salutions to meet their needs.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is my first and ony website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Since we finance loans throughout the state of California, I decided it should be called : all California Real Estate Mortgage.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

When you visit our website you will notice , it is not a generic site, it's full of usefull information and is updated often.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Of course I'll keep it, This is a Family business, and it will always be within the family.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

With out spending time and money into the things you do, your success will always be limited. Therefore, time and money well spent!

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would branch expand.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, our client base has grown each month since we started, as I said before this is a family business, and the family maintains the client base. If we every need to bring on additional help, we will.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Well, in this business, in todays market every day changes can create headaches, but we take on the brunt of them, so our clients don't have to.

What has been your biggest challenge?

fitting our clients financial needs within todays mortgage market.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Placing keyword specific ads every where I possibly can.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It has absolutely surpassed my expectations, I wish I had started it sooner.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Since August 2007, It will be up for as long as there is a need for our services.
