What inspired you to launch your own website?
To help my nephew out with new leads.

This is my first site. I launched it 1 year ago.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
My nephew came up with the name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Sam goes out of his way to help people. He gets personal with his clients loan needs.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We want to keep it forever.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We have made no money on the site.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I like it just the way it is.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I think so.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far.
What has been your biggest challenge?
No real challenges so far.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Building links and word of mouth.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It hasn't differed.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It has been up for a year now and we want to keep it up as long as possible.

Contact other people with the same related type of sites and ask for a link exchange.
