Please give us a short summary of your website?

Our website shows information about the variety of loan options we provide, educational material about FHA loans, and once logged in, allows brokers, processers and loan officers to submit and lock loans. DU is automatically run on submission ready loans, and you can easily compare PI, PITI, and YSP.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Really, what makes us different is our patent-published software: DirectWare(r) Loan Choices(tm) with Predictive Analytics. The software is available only to registered users who have an account with us.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We'd probably devote a lot of money into continued development of our software. Secondary to this would be marketing efforts.

Can visitors to your site make suggestions?
